It can be hard enough to get an entire team together to train, let alone for any additional training sessions a Coach wants to have. If a Coach does want to hold additional training sessions, then they’ll likely have to fork out some cash to incentivise their players to turn up.
Each Extra Team Training grants an additional Team Re-roll for the duration of the game.
